Forty-six hospitals earned an “A+” rating for cardiac care from Money Magazine.

The ranking, published April 30, used the Denniston Data measure of quality care to identify high-performing physicians and providers based on their level of experience in cardiac procedures. Money created a composite ranking score to recognize hospitals for their staffs’ collective experience. To be considered for the ranking, hospitals must have had at least 10 active cardiologists or cardiac surgeons. The composite ranking score was broken down by percentages and then assigned to a letter. “A+” ratings had a score of 95% to 100%. Read more on the methodology here.

A total of 75 hospitals made the list, all of which had at least an “A” rating.
