Stacey Rosen, MD, senior vice president of women’s health and executive director of the Katz Institute for Women’s Health at New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health, has begun serving as president of the American Heart Association.

Dr. Rosen has been a practicing cardiologist for 30 years, according to a June 30 news release from the health system.
