Palm Springs, Calif.-based Desert Regional Medical Center will open a new outpatient cardiology center in February, according to a Jan. 29 report by ABC affiliate KESQ.
The facility will offer interventional, diagnostic and follow-up services, including general cardiology, stress testing, echocardiography, nuclear medicine, atherectomy and stent placement.
The cardiology center will also house the hospital’s existing congestive heart failure clinic and cardiac rehabilitation program.
