The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association has recognized 58 “Centers of Excellence” in HCM care.
The hospitals were awarded the designation for providing high-quality care to patients with HCM and for their dedication to treatment and research, according to the award webpage. To qualify, hospitals were evaluated on expertise, volume of care, quality of research, patient communication and responsiveness, patient and medical education, and facilities.
