Here are five cardiologists who have joined new health systems, hospitals and clinics in January.

- Phoenix-based Tri-City Cardiology added Olubadewa Fatunde, MD, and Umashankar Lakshmanadoss, MD, to its electrophysiology team. Dr. Fatunde and Dr. Lakshmanadoss will see patients at the group’s San Tan Valley and Pecos clinics.
- Vinod Chaubey, MD, an interventional cardiologist, joined Sanford, N.C.-based Central Carolina Cardiology on Jan. 2. He previously served as medical director of the cardiac catheterization lab at Conway Medical Center in South Carolina.
- White River Health in Batesville, Ark., added cardiologist Mark Forney, MD.
4. Rockford, Ill.-based Mercyhealth added interventional cardiologist Rehmat Sheikh, MD, to its Heart and Vascular Center locations in Crystal Lake, Ill., and Janesville, Wis.
