The expansion will be supported by a $21 million state grant awarded in 2023, the report said.

Plans include the addition of three operating rooms, a new emergency department, a bone and joint center, a neuroscience facility and a women’s health center, according to the report.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
